Delivery Gown and Support Assistance
- Bride to be required to take the gown at Gallery EXQUISE BY TIFFANY and check the gown condition together with bridal staff and sign GOWN CONDITION NOTES.
- If client request for the gown to be delivered to certain location or venue, then there will be additional charged for transportation or delivery cost that will be charged to client.
- Before deliver the gown, EXQUISE by Tiffany staff will check carefully to make sure the gown is in good condition and send the letter of delivery gown together with the gown to be signed by client and client should confirmed it by sending pictures of the form that already signed through whatsapp or e-mail on the same day when client receive the gown.
- The working time of bridal asisstant is as follows:
- The time of arrival at the location to prepare the gown is maximum of 1 hour before the scheduled (EXQUISE by Tiffany have the full right to arrange our staff schedule depends on each client schedule information).
- Bridal assistants are required to leave the location after completing their main tasks, which are to help client wearing the gown properly.
- If there is a request from the client to bridal assistant to do another task that not in their capability or job desc. then bridal assistant has the right to refuse politely.
- If the bridal assistant’s waiting time is more than 1 hour (due to a sudden change in schedule or delay on the part of the client) then the bridal assistant will confirm with the client about their schedule that day (because it is very usual that 1 bridal aisstant handle more than 1 client on the same day) and if the time delay from 1 bride can cause longer delay to another client then.
- There will be additional fee of bridal assistant overtime (if there is any request from the bride to be or client for our bridal assistant to come earlier more than 2 hour total working time, or there is any changing schedule that is not informed in advance to EXQUISE by Tiffany) : a. Less than or up to 6 working hours: IDR 500.000 b. More than 6 working hours: IDR 750.000 – For total of 3 hours working time from the time of arrival is charged IDR 100.000. – For total of 5 hours working time from the time of arrival is charged IDR 150.000. – Or without additional fees if the client’s schedule can be swaped with other clients which means there is possibility to adjust schedule between clients.
- Bridal assistant pick-up will be arranged by EXQUISE by Tiffany team for the convenience of the bride to be and is free of charge for Surabaya areas.
- EXQUISE by Tiffany has the right to reject the gown delivery request if there is no possibility to deliver the gown on the day due to our staff working schedule.
- EXQUISE by Tiffany provide 1 bridal assistant as a compliment for every client that rent Wedding Gown Collection, so it can not be deducted to gown rental price as a discount.
If there is any special request for bridal assistant to assist client who rent evening gown collection, there will be additional charged (not including transportation fees, consumption, and location entry fees):
- Less than or up to 6 working hours: IDR 500.000
- More than 6 working hours: IDR 750.000
Payment
- The Down payment 50% (from gown price exclude safety deposit) must be paid in advance to book the schedule of the selected gown.
- Down Payment (DP) is permanent and cannot be returned if the rental is canceled. Therefore, it is expected that client has confirmed everything before making decision and proceed Down Payment.
- The final payment must be received by EXQUISE by Tiffany at following stages:
- for ready wedding gown, final payment should be proceed not later than 14 days before the date of the event schedule.
- For custom gown, second payment (25% of gown price) should be proceed before final fitting schedule. And final payment (total price include safety deposit) should be proceed after final fitting or 14 days before the event schedule.
Safety Deposit
- The safety deposit is intended as a compensation fees if there is any damage happen to the gown during use by client if there as a major damage, Major damage are referred to :
- Stain that can not removed such as stains due to spillage of food or drink, flower stains and others stains that stay on the fabric in large quantities or appears in area that a very visible
- Torn dress that requires fabric replacement in large quantities 3. Hole in dress that appears in first layer of fabric and impair the dress aesthetic
- Safety deposit fee is charged at 20-50% of the total gown rental price as stated below:
- Gown rental price IDR 750.000 – IDR 1.000.000, deposit of 50%
- Gown rental price IDR 1.000.000 – IDR 2.500.000, deposit of 30%
- Gown rental price IDR 2.500.000 – IDR 10.000.000, deposit of 25%
- Gown rental price IDR 10.000.000 and above, deposit of 20%
- For rental to out of city (out of Surabaya), there is other safety deposit policy as stated below :
- Gown rental price under IDR 2.000.000, safety deposit of 100%
- Gown rental price IDR 2.000.000 – IDR 5.000.000, safety deposit of 60%
- Gown rental price IDR 5.000.000 – IDR 7.500.000, safety deposit of 40%
- Gown rental price IDR 7.500.000 – IDR 15.000.000, safety deposit of 30% e. Gown rental price IDR 15.000.000 and above, safety deposit of 20%
- For rental to take overseas, there is other safety deposit policy as stated below:
- Rental Evening Gown, the safety deposit is 70%
- Rental Wedding Gown-Elegant Collection, the safety deposit is 70%
- Rental Wedding Gown-Luxury Collection, the safety deposit is 60%
Voucher
- CASHBACK voucher valid during the period before the wedding schedule until maximum of 14 days after the wedding schedule to be used for renting an evening gown that will be used maximum until 30 days after the wedding schedule of the bride.
- If the evening gown that is selected by the client exceeds the voucher value/amount, then the additional price will be added to the final payment amount that should be paid by client.
- Vouchers can be transferred to other parties for evening gown rental in accordance with the approval and confirmation from the bride to be who get the vouchers
- Vouchers cannot be converted as a discount.
Rental Time Period
- Gowns can be taken or delivered by the client minimum 1 day before the schedule of using.
- The gown must be returned and received by EXQUISE by Tiffany no longer than 2 days after the event schedule, except there is information in advance about delivery schedules from out of town that can be delayed due to public holiday.
- For rental in Surabaya a total duration is 4 days from D-1 of event schedule when the gown taken by client or 3 days count from the event date
- For the use of a gown outside Surabaya a total duration is 10 days from the date the gown has been delivered to the client’s city.
- Renting a gown outside the city that requires a longer return period will incur an additional fee but a personal policy may be given by EXQUISE by Tiffany for clients who rent luxury-wedding gown category and above.
Late Charge
- EXQUISE by Tiffany has the right to charge 10% of the wedding gown rental price for every 1 day of late return. Unless there is a prior notice from the client and has been approved by EXQUISE by Tiffany.
- Late charge will be deducted from the client’s deposit. If the value of the late charge exceeds the deposit amount, then EXQUISE by Tiffany will provide additional billing to the client.
Cancellation of Gown Rental
The cost of compensation for cancellation that made by the client / bride to be in accordance with the conditions below:
- Cancellation because of client / bride to be wants to change the selected gown to another gown after confirmation of down payment:
- Cancellation of the initial choice of ready-wedding gown by client or bride to be will be free of compensation fees for a maximum period of 14 days after the down payment has been received and the contract / quotation has been agreed. However, if client / bride to be wants to change the choice again more than the maximum limit given, there will be compensation fee policy as stated below:
- 20% of the gown rental price if more than 14 days, but the gown has not been processed for any alteration both for size and design.
- 35% of the rental price of the gown alteration has been processed or if it has been through the first fitting activity and / or when the decision is made within 14 days until maximum 60 days after Down Payment has been made.
- 50% of gown rental price if it has passed 60 days and or has been through the final fitting process.
- Compensation fee can be adjusted according to the conditions that occur.
- This compensation fee is imposed for losses that would occur if it involves repetition of the fitting and alteration process, and also compensation for the gown that is already booked within that time if client requests for exclusivity.
- Cancellation or significant change (80-100% different from the initial design agreed with EXQUISE BY TIFFANY) for the new custom-wedding gown design that will be rented by client, will be charged a compensation fee of 20% of the rental price of the gown according by agreement. And the process of making gown’s with new designs will be processed with the same rental conditions as the beginning (there will be a new price for new design and payment stages for previous gowns will be charged in accordance with the gown progress). Therefore, the process of making the initial gown design will be terminated when there is confirmation from the client for the new design. And the payment received by EXQUISE by Tiffany for the previous gown is permanent and non-refundable.
- CASHBACK voucher value will be adjusted to the latest gown selection by the bride to be / clients
- Cancellation of the initial choice of ready-wedding gown by client or bride to be will be free of compensation fees for a maximum period of 14 days after the down payment has been received and the contract / quotation has been agreed. However, if client / bride to be wants to change the choice again more than the maximum limit given, there will be compensation fee policy as stated below:
- For new-custom wedding gown designs the following policies will apply:
- Bride to be has the obligation to fulfill the payment in accordance with the applicable payment stages as stated below :
- Second payment 25% of total price after first fitting (or total 75% of total payment should be received by EXQUISE by Tiffany)
- Full payment on 14 days before the schedule
- Confirmation of schedule changes or cancellation after the third fitting or before final fitting and / or after the final fitting, but there is no payment of the remaining settlement, the bride to be is required to fulfill the obligation to pay 100% of the rental price
- Compensation policy is the same as the policy that applied to ready-gowns.
- Bride to be has the obligation to fulfill the payment in accordance with the applicable payment stages as stated below :
Exclusivity of Gown Booking
We do understand that it is very important for some of our client to have an exclusivity when wearing the ready-dress they rent in their special occasion (client does want other people wearing the same dress in certain period before their event) , therefore some policies that we arrange for this needs :
(This additional charge will not apply to all clients that do not need an Exclusivity Right for the gown , meaning the gown can be rented by others until a specific period according to EXQUISE by Tiffany SOP).
- Ready Wedding Gown – Elegant Category
The dress will be free from Exclusivity charge when booked minimum 3 months before the event date and EXQUISE by Tiffany will keep the dress for our client in this period. Special request to book and keep the gown exclusivity :
- until 6 months before the event date there will be additional charge 20% of gown price
- until 9 months before the event date there will be additional charge 40% of gown price
- more than 9 months before the event date client will be suggested to have our
- custom-dress services to avoid other people wearing the same gown.
- Ready Evening Gown – Silver Category
The dress will be free from Exclusivity charge when booked minimum 1 month before the event date and EXQUISE by Tiffany will keep the dress for our client in this period. Special request to book and keep the gown exclusivity :
- Until 3 months before the event date there will be additional charge 20% of gown price
- Until 6 months s before the event date there will be additional charge 30% of gown price
- More than 6 months before the event date, clients will be suggested to have our custom-dress services to avoid other people wearing the same gown.
- Ready Evening Gown – Gold Category
The dress will free from Exclusivity charge when booked minimum 3 months before the event date and EXQUISE by Tiffany will keep the dress for our client in this period. Special request to book and keep the gown exclusivity :
- Until 6 months before the event date there will be additional charge 20% of gown price
- Until 9 months before the event date there will be additional charge 40% of gown price
- More than 9 months before the event date, clients will be suggested to have our custom-dress services to avoid other people wearing the same gown.
