TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The rental / purchaes price is net for the selected gown
- Every wedding gown rental price is also include CASHBACK Voucher worth :
15% of the wedding gown rental price that can be used to rent a ready evening gown, or
10% of the wedding gown rental price that can be used to rent a new custom evening gown - Wedding Gown rental is already include 1x size adjustment. If there is any additional size adjustment more than 1x for wedding gown, there will be additional charge IDR 750.000 for each size adjustment. This is standard coast for 1x size adjustment is also apply to evening gown (evening gown rent is not included free size adjustment)
- For design alternations (such ad addition / subtraction of details, addition or reduction of gown related to fabric) will be charged according to the design.
The gown purchase price 9except selected gowns that is favourite item or not for sale) : - The gown purchase price is in addition 60% of the rental price for New Ready / Custom Wedding Gown (1-2x used before)
The gown purchase price is in addition 35% of the rental price for Second Ready Wedding Gown (more than 2x used)
The gown purchase price is in addition 50% of the rental price for New Ready / Custom Evening Gown
The gown purchase price is in addition 35% pf the rental price for Second Ready Evening Gown
This policy will be not applied for certain gown that is not for sale.
- For Custom Wedding Gown, bride to be will be discuss with EXQUISE BY TIFFANY designer team and will be confirmed in advance (before down payment is proceed) about fabric and materials choices that will be used, for final price approval (either for rental or purchase)
- New-Custom design for wedding gown needs minimum 90 working days and maximum 180 working days before the date of used. The 1st day of working days is calculated at first day when start to process the dress (our tailor working day is Monday to Saturday) after letter of agreement had been signed and down payment had been proceed by borrow / bride to be.
- New Custom design for evening gown needs minimum 45 working day and maximum 90 working days before the date of use. The 1st day of working day is calculated at the first day when start to process the dress (our tailor day is Monday to Saturday) after quotation and design noted had been signed and down payment had been processed by borrower.
- Fitting Session :
Maximum fittings for ready wedding gown is 2x and for custom is 4x
Maximum fitting for ready custom evening gown is 2x
If there is any additional fitting time due to design changes or any additional alternation, then there will be additional charge that will be informed and confirmed to borrower
10. Safety Deposit :
The safety deposit intended ad a compensation fees if there is any damage happen to the gown during use by client if there is any major damageMajor damage are referred to :
- Stain that can not removed such ad stains due to spillage of food or drink. flower stain and other stains that stay on the fabric in large quantities or appears in area that is very visible
- Torn dress that requires fabric replacement in large quantities
- Hole in dress that appears in first layer of fabric ad impair the dress aesthetic
Safety deposit fee is charge at 20%-50% of the rental price depends on gown rental/gown design
Safety deposit for gown rental to overseas is 50%. Except gown with special design.
10. Rental Time Period
Gown can be taken of delivered by the client minimum 1 day before the schedule of using.
The gown must be returned and received by EXQUISE By Tiffany no longer than 2 days after the event schedule, except there is information in advance about delivery schedule from out of town that can be delayed due to public holiday.
For rental in Bali and Surabaya a total duration is 3 days from D01 of event schedule when the gown taken by client or 3 days count from the event date
For the use of gown outside Bali dan Surabaya a total duration is 10 days from the date of gown have been deliveres to the client’s city.
Rental a gown outside the city that requires a longer refund period will incure an additional fee in the amount of the fine but a personal policy may be imposed by EXQUISE By Tiffany for the luxury-wedding gown category.
